3. How discreet is your packaging? Completely discreet. Packages arrive in plain brown or white boxes with no branding, product names, or hints about the contents. The sender name is neutral/generic on labels and billing statements (e.g., "US Online Retail" or similar). Perfect for privacy.

4. What are your shipping options and times? We offer flexible US domestic shipping:

  • Express Shipping (3-6 business days): $20 – Fast delivery for when you need it quickly
  • Free Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $0 – Free on all orders, no minimum required (most popular choice)
  • Free Shipping (7-14 business days): $0 – Same as above
  • Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $10 – Basic paid option

Times are estimates based on your location. Tracking is included for every order. We ship Monday–Friday from US warehouses.

5. Do you ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or Alaska/Hawaii? Yes, we ship nationwide, including PO Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. Standard shipping applies.

6. What is your return and exchange policy? We accept returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is defective/damaged (we'll cover it then). Contact us at support@unisolutionbd.com with your order number and photos if needed. No returns on final sale items.

7. How do I choose the right size? Check our detailed size chart on each product page (includes US sizes, EU conversions, and foot length in cm/inches). We recommend measuring your foot and comparing. Most clogs run true to size, but some styles offer half sizes or wide fits.

8. Are your clogs suitable for indoor/outdoor use? Many are versatile! Foam and EVA styles are great indoors and outdoors (water-resistant, easy to clean). Check product descriptions for specifics like "garden-ready" or "water-friendly."

9. Is my payment secure? Yes – we use secure Shopify Payments with full SSL encryption. We never store your full card details.

10. How quickly do you process orders? Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday). You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once it ships.
